Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Shall operate the utility equipments (Air compressor, chiller, boiler, HVAC and water system) as per SOP instructions and enter the parameters which indicate the system performance in the log book.
Having good experience in BMS, EMS and QMS.
Planning to operate the utility equipments for optimum utilization by production.
Performing and verifying the scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
Performing and documenting the preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all production equipment, utility equipment and HVAC system.
Prepare and execute the qualification and requalification protocols for equipment and systems in accordance with approved procedures.
Preparation of calibration and preventive maintenance schedules systems in accordance with approved procedures.
Maintaining critical spares required for trouble free operation of HVAC, production equipment and utility equipment.
Preparing and updating the equipment / Instrument master list.
Initiating the purchase request to maintain minimum spare inventory for engineering department.
Ensuring the compliance of statutory requirement for standard weights and weighing scales / balances.
Monitoring and Reviewing the Environmental Monitoring system, critical parameters, Alarms and Reports.
Any time Audit readiness, Review and closing of the CAPA’s for internal and external Audits.
Ensuring and following environment norms as per organization policy and implementation of ISO 14001:2015 standards at site.
Ensuring and following 5S, RDMAIC, Lean-six-sigma etc as per organization standard and implement at our site.
Implement continues improvement projects in the plant


Desired Candidate Profile

Must having good experience in BMS,EMS,and QMS

USFDA Exposure must

Candidates must experience in pharma formulation company

Good English communication skills



Education-

UG:B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
