Research Scientist/ Sr. Research Scientist-Epoxy/Solvent

1. Candidates must have expert level knowledge of Solvent and epoxy
based adhesive for wood working adhesive & construction chemicals.

2. Candidates can able to Manage Multiple development programs and
utilize various processing techniques to design formulation to make
product.

3. Can able to conduct research to improve existing products and also be
able to develop new formulation independently.

4. Can monitor all customer issues and assist to identify and resolve the
issues effectively.

5. Can make new innovative product as per the customer requirement and
can be able to manage communication with all suppliers to design
product and maintain expert knowledge on the same.

6. Testing of new products & competition products to identify the quality
using physical and chemical analysis methods such as spectroscopy,
chromatography, and crystallography etc.

7. Must have at-least 10-12 years’ R&D experience in wood working
adhesive products segment.

8. Candidates can analyze and recommend improvements to all materials
to increase efficiency of all Adhesive & polymer product processes with
the team to forecast requirements.

Qualification & Experience- M.Sc/M-Tech/PHD (10-12 Years)

Critical knowledge & Competencies- MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF EPOXY & SOLVENT BASED ADHESIVE FOR WOOD
WORKING & CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS.
