HR Executive -

Min Qualification :- PGDM \ MBA in HR

  • Ensuring statutory compliancesand Liaison with the Government authorities during inspections.
  • Recruitment: Competency based talent acquisition. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
  • Ensuring management ofcontract labor.
  • Must have worked on Sap
  • Must be form Plant HR Background
  • Complete support in day to day plant HR activities
