A role -holder who is responsible for ensuring creation, tracking, effectiveness and approval of all the required training assignments for Production department.
- To manage the complete On The Job training program for all the new hires in Production department.
- To ensure that the training sessions are created and approved within the given time frame.
- To ensure and identify the training needs/gaps and cater the training accordingly.
To ensure that the training is conducted by the respective SME and the same is logged in TMA and log books.
To follow all the Cgmp practices.
To ensure all the assigned additional training projects are carried out appropriately.
To ensure that the activities assigned as an HR SPOC is completed without fail.
To ensure all the Exhibits are saved in the quality shared fiolder accordingly.
To prepare training files of employees as a part of Audits.
To achieve training completion percentage for all the SOP's Participate and lead performance conversations with employees, including monthly one on ones, to connect on performance; check in on employee's progress toward achieving Objectives, offer support and remove barriers; and, communicate and revisit performance expectations to reinforce and encourage high performance culture and a safe working environment for all employees.
Utilize open, honest, two way communication to build trust-based relationships with employees, business partners and direct leader while continuously improving leadership capabilities by personally seeking feedback and development.
